Delta Careers is offering educational, online and global Work-Experience Programs and courses to accelerate future careers for ambitious high school students with companies like Uber, PwC etc. As part of our mission to develop holistic individuals, CGA offers a wide variety of Work-Experience Programs to develop the next generation of high-performing talent. These provide real-world experience to high school students and allow them an opportunity to interact with industry mentors.
Besides offering world-class extracurricular activities, we partner with global companies to offer high school students an opportunity to learn through projects. The Work-Experience Programs and live careers training courses offer students an opportunity to explore a career before they go to university where they have to commit to a field of study. Every participating student also receives a reference letter written signed by a company representative.

1 month Work-Experience Program on management consulting powered by Delta Careers. Learn how to innovate within industries to generate impact on a global scale.
A Digital Transformation Experience
Solve key issues within industries that have room for disruption. The PwC Consulting Work-Experience Program is a cohort-based skill-building opportunity for future career success. It will be a foundational setting for you to learn practical skills whilst being able to accelerate your careers development with early work experience as a high school student.
The 3 core competencies of this program:
Business Analysis
Learn how to conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis when analyzing business fundamentals. You will delve into accounting standards and understand how companies are financed. Ultimately you will learn how to analyze a company more broadly and pitch to a panel of consultants
Management Consulting
Management consulting is the practice of helping organizations to improve their performance. You will gain practical experience in consulting as a career, learning how to provide external advice and specialized expertise to organizations looking to enact change, increase performance or mitigate risks.
Digital Strategy
Learn how digital strategy can help enhance customer experience, operational productivity and collaboration through leveraging the latest digital technologies. You will explore emerging technologies and see they could apply and transform business models to improve benefits from the use of digital technologies for all stakeholders of a business.
Program Outline:
Week 1
Orientation Week
Get introduced to the program, your mentors, your team and PwC. You will learn what it's like to work at PwC and begin preliminary research on the program project with you team
Week 2
Competence Week
You will obtain all the required skills to complete the project. Through a series of skills lectures you will get a fully immersive learning experience and all the adequate skills.
Week 3
Development Week
You are now equipped with the adequate skillset to complete the program. Applying your knowledge onto the project in the context of PwC and working as a team is the focus of this week.
Week 4
Pitch Week
For the final night you will pitch your project and findings to PwC representatives and upon completion, receive a referral letter. Teams will be ranked by PwC to get their strategies implemented
Program Details:
• 4-5 students per team
• 10-20 hrs commitment per week
Tangible Outcomes:
• Gaining Practical skills in Business Analysis, Management Consulting and Digital Strategy
• Potential to create massive impact through recommendations
• Pitching the final project findings to firm representatives
• Gaining a referral letter signed by PwC
Additional Work-Experience Program times will be added pending on areas of enrolment.
I was always interested in consulting and the PwC program gave me an exceptional opportunity to kickstart my career in the field. Now consulting is a career that I definitely want to go down and I'm excited to continue pursuing it at Columbia!
It was such an exciting program and feel that I gained skills I would never have got in school. I do think that by doing this I have a much clearer understanding of what I want to do in the future
