Moreover, HISS newly launched a new credit-bearing Lab Internship called, Research Project, which offers students to gain experience in our cutting-edge labs. Students may choose to participate in this research and get a chance to work in labs with HYU professors.
Various cultural excursions are ready for students to explore all corners of Korean culture. Students may choose up to three one-day activities or one overnight trip, and taking part in these activities every week is a brilliant way to give students a well-rounded snapshot of the contemporary Korean lifestyle.

In the year 2024, HISS is offering four different types of program!
- HISS: 4-week program with academic courses and one-day activities
- HISS Culture: 6-week program with academic courses and overnight trips and various one-day tours
- HISS Internship: 4-week internship at a startup company in Seoul!
- HISS Online: Free academic courses taught fully online in 100% English.
Must currently enrolled in a higher education institution.
