The Kelley Women's Leadership Institute introduces young women to the college experience and business career opportunities. Students are selected from around the globe to spend a day at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.
Non-credit
Commuter
Accepts International Students
While at IU, students:
- Participate in workshops with top Kelley School of Business faculty
- Interact with Kelley alumni and current students
- Explore a real-world business case project
- Build leadership and communication skills
- Connect with like-minded women interested in business
In-person, commuter
This one-day program – hosted in Hodge Hall – allows prospective students to interact with Kelley faculty, staff, and students, all while building community with other peers interested in pursuing careers in business.
Rising juniors and seniors in high school.
The Kelley Women's Leadership Institute is a selective program. Seats are limited.

The Kelley Women's Leadership Institute is funded by the Kelley School of Business Undergraduate Program and corporate partners. Participants need to cover only transportation to and from Bloomington and personal expenses. All other program costs will be covered.
