As one of the most creative and inspiring two-weeks summer programs, Literature, Philosophy, & Culture session (LPC) is designed for students with an interest in creative arts and finding their place in the world. Participants will also consider the role of arts and humanities in solving social problems and dilemmas.
As one of the strongest and most fundamental summer programs, Politics, Law, & Economics (PLE) is a session aimed to build students’ analytical skills, enabling them to examine social systems and present-day issues through the lenses of economic, legal, and political theory.
One of the most innovative summer programs. Solving Global Challenges (SGC) focuses on solving the greatest challenges facing the global community in the 21st century. Students will use knowledge from academic disciplines, STEM, social sciences and the arts to explore and brainstorm innovative sustainable solutions.
The Yale Summer Debate Program is Yale's largest debate program held during the summer, and is open to middle school and high school students. Most students are from New Haven and surrounding areas, though we have welcomed students from across the country and world in recent years.
