Oxford Summer Programs for Ages 12 - 14

1. Business

If you dream of running your own business one day or have a great business idea you’re thinking about already, then the Business Academy could be the one for you.

This two-week course in business fundamentals helps you explore the kinds of exciting topics you’d learn about as a business leader, with course topics in management practices and economics. Knowledgeable scholars will work with you as tutors guiding your own individualized learning.

In this summer pre-college business program, students not only get a chance to experience life at Oxford, but have a unique opportunity to develop the core competencies of critical thinking, public speaking, and team work in specialized Masterclasses and with the support of expert tutors.

At the end of the program you’ll celebrate with your peers, tutors, and teachers at the business program graduation ceremony where you’ll receive your course certificate. 

2. Medicine

If a career in Medicine or healthcare  is something you’re interested in, then check out the Discover Medicine Academy. 

You and your middle school peers from around the world will explore the physiology of the human body and conduct your own medical research. Participating students will have an opportunity to experience real-life clinical research and experimentation.

Other features of the program include the Heroes Programme. In this program students hear inspiring life stories from real medical professionals about the journey to and through medical school.  You’ll also have a chance to ask any burning questions you have about studying medicine in college in the future.

This two-week course exposes you to fascinating technology concepts that will give you a valuable foundation for the next step in your journey to a technology career.

You’ll be able to try your hand at coding and even have the chance to put your skills to the test with the Rocket Challenge! In this exciting challenge, you’ll design a rocket and pitch your idea to the Business School students who’ll be posing as potential investors! Will your idea win?...

Oxford Summer Programs for Students Ages 15 to 18

Students ages 15 to 18 who sign up to go to Oxford for summer learning can choose from over nine disciplines.

1. International relations, politics and leadership

In this comprehensive course, you’ll sit side-by-side with highschoolers from around the world as you gain insight into rising world powers, study theories of political change, and research the influence of global institutions, such as the United Nations, in shaping socio-political change in the world today.

An exciting feature of the International Relations and Politics Program includes putting yourself in the role of a UN diplomat. You’ll navigate specialized security scenarios as you participate with peers from around the globe in the Model United Nations Challenge.

2. Computer Science and Coding
